implementation looked more relevant only to some corporate sectors. This statement is

Another report published by McKinsey in 2022 says that “companies are struggling
to hold onto the relatively few women leaders” and that is because of the biases towards understanding women's challenges. There are some companies that meet the diversity & inclusion numbers set by the company however on the hierarchy scale the larger chuck of the women are at the bases of the pyramid, this could be due to negligence in managing employees or trust and dependable issues.
